Go warm place - to avoid the cold

Where do you want in your vacation? Maybe you like climbing. Perhaps cycling. Maybe skiing.

Me, I like the sun, sea and sangria!

I never understood the draw of some place colder than where you live. A holiday for me to be nice with hot blue sky, and without even a hint of rain clouds and rain.

I know that people love skiing and snowboarding. She keeps talking about it months before they go. But I can not figure out how to spendhard-earned vacation time to climb the snow-capped mountains as a modern Michelin man in disguise. For me, the holiday without her clothes at home - loose pants, T-shirts and sandals (even if they are not always in fashion).

There is something to relax and spend some time relaxing in the sun. People generally more responsive and better, others in full sun and hot weather. We all know of the disease known as "SAD" (Seasonal Affective Disorder)and see what effect the light on these people - what are less depressed and lethargic.
