Because it is a great Pattaya Sailing Base?

In my dream I am floating gently. There is a murmur sweet, then the sound of small waves breaking on the beach. I open my eyes and experience a moment of pleasant confusion. Oh, yes .. now I remember: I'm on a sailboat. It's early, 6 clock. The sun has not yet come, but it is beginning to illuminate the sky. It 's so quiet. My friends are still asleep, and there is nobody to be seen everywhere. Oh, there's another boat at anchor in a corner of the bay. II remember that last night in which to take a long deep breath of fresh air and think about how happy I am through. We anchored in a bay of a thousand miles from anywhere. Well, not quite sure, but it seems so.

Some time later, after finally waking up, thinking cup of tea in hand, I am the previous day. As we drew near to Pattaya Ocean Marina Yacht Club, Sunday morning bouncing the sail, while a breeze picked up. My friends and I had booked aOvernight on a sailboat, an adventure we were all very excited.

We can add to our captain for the trip, since none of us competent enough to still have the sail without a crew certification (without driver) are. He immediately got us and our equipment on the boat, and the expectation was enormous. Full safety briefing, engine, and we were out of the Navy and was not even Pattaya 09:30

Sailing on, we learnedSkipper because Pattaya (and the Gulf of Thailand as whold) Location is great and a cruising sailboat. The result was a navigation map with many islands. South and come to Koh Kaew climbing (better known as Monkey Island known for its monkey population is a population that comes to greet you when you near Anchorage). A little further south and you arrive at Koh Kram, with its long beach of golden sand.

Travel north of Ocean Marina Pattaya andJomtien Pattaya Bay and see a completely new light. Next to the Royal Varuna Yacht Club in Pattaya with a Hobie Cat fe "fly" through the water, past and Koh Koh Si Chang Chun in Pattaya.

But today, the prevailing winds meant that we were heading east, out over the great white rock (the house of a lighthouse non-settlement) of Koh Rang Kwaian. We had a lunch appointment at Koh Rin. But when we slid into the bay and dropped anchor, all thoughts vanished from hunger, is replaced by an overwhelming desire to clear water and blue I'd ever seen to jump.

"Pattaya is it?" I thought I dove with my snorkeling gear.

We were traveling on weekends during the night on a boat you're in a pinch, which can accommodate four of us one of our skipper in relative comfort. But not all trips are overnight. The islands are close enough to Jomtien Pattaya, fun and a good starting point for day sailing. A short walk from the main throwSailing> Pattaya with the islands of the room for 1-2 hours, you can spend the day exploring, swimming and snorkeling in this remote, idyllic locations and returned to the marina for a hot shower, good food and a comfortable bed at night.

But we decided to take a step forward for the thrill of a night journey, and it was during lunch that we thought about how safe and protected coastal waters of the Gulf of Thailand and Pattaya really. Very few sailingdangers to fear with calm water (wells are rarely large enough to concern any) to a depth of only five fifty-five meters. The anchors are good, and everywhere you go you have a cell phone and VHF radio coverage that will be needed most?

A rum and Coca-Cola was the answer to this question and that is exactly what I liked. So far we had sailed on our lunch spot at Koh Rin in Koh Phai a large island east of Koh Lan and were again at anchor. There were fourMeters deep with a sandy bottom clearly visible, while 50 feet away from the golden beaches. The sun was setting, and during the Rum and Coca-Cola was sliding into a rhythm, were thought to be at dinner on board, with a quiet evening under the stars before.
